  • Provide advice on off strategy, including price, contingencies and timeframes.
  • Negotiate all aspects of the offer with the listing agent/seller.
  • Assistance in the resolution of any contract contingency, including home inspection, loan approval, appraisal, etc.
  • Once a settlement company has been chosen, we facilitate communication among that company, you and your lender so that surprises don’t occur.
  • Remind you of final settlement logistics such as transferring utilities and bringing certified funds and driver’s license to settlement.
