Signs the Residential Market is Stabilizing

These data are another sign that the residential market is stabilizing.  At some point in 2011 or 2012, the combination of low interest rates and increasing consumer confidence to step back into real estate will lead to an increase in sales for the properties in the best locations and the best condition.  Parenthetically, several local attorneys who represent builders tell me they are busier now than at any point in the last four years.
